The Challenge
The narrow urban lot needed durable, low-maintenance parking and patio space that still felt like a polished outdoor living area rather than a utilitarian driveway.
Our Approach
We graded and compacted a proper base for drainage, laid large-format pavers with contrasting charcoal borders, integrated planting beds of ornamental grasses along the fence line, and installed a curved polycarbonate-roof carport for year-round protection.
The Result
A clean, cohesive backyard that handles vehicles and entertaining alike, with sharp lines, mature plantings, and a covered structure that extends usability through every season.
